Rental Requirements:
- All rentals require half down deposit of the total rental cost that is required at the time of reservation and remaining balance due at pickup.
- Renters must be at least 25 years of age and have a valid state driver's license.
- Renters must be able to verify they have full insurance coverage.
- All reservations require a major credit card. We do not accept debit cards.
- If you are going to drive the vehicle out of state, you must notify us first.
- Rental agreement covers up to 100 miles per day. After that limit is reached there is an additional fee of $0.68 per mile for every mile over 100 miles per day.
- If you want to cancel your reservation, we must receive a cancellation notice of at least 72 hours in order to process a full refund. If we don't receive 72 hours notice the deposit will not be refunded. If you have a one-day rental, the daily rental rate will be charge.
Please Note:
- Daily rental reservations are for 24 hours. If you return the vehicle late additional charges may apply.
- Lost keys will result in a $295.00 charge to your credit card.
- Please take note of the amount of gas in the vehicle prior to departure. All rentals must be returned with the same amount of gas they were given to you with. If they are not, there will be a $15.00 service fee plus $8.00 per gallon charged to your credit card.
- As a courtesy, vans have handicap stickers. These are not state-issued placards and will not allow you to park in a handicap parking spot.
- Animals are NOT ALLOWED in any vehicles. The only exception is a service animal. Please let us know if you use a service animal before your reservation. You must provide verification of your service animal. Any unauthorized animals will result in additional charges to your credit card.
- If you need to clean the vehicle, only use non-scented. Do not use any scented cleaners or sprays.
- All vehicles are Non-Smoking. If smoke is detected upon return, your credit card will be charged a minimum of $150.00. After a cleaning is completed your credit card will be charged the full amount of the cleaning.
