Ashley guided me through the process choosing and then ordering my Toyota Sienna van in 2016. This was my 1st wheelchair accessible van and I had many questions and many misconceptions. She answered all of the questions and straightened out my misconceptions as well as pointing out many things that I had not even considered. I was extremely happy with both her input and the van itself. I have subsequently returned for basic maintenance and the entire staff there is most excellent: courteous, friendly, and professional.
