First of all there was none of the normal hurry up and buy tactics used by other companies. After knowing the van was what we wanted we were walked thru the complete process of puchasing thru the VA system . Everything went very smoothly and purchase was made easily. Purchasing a van thru the VA process would have been extremely difficult without your knowledge of how the system works. My wife and I both discussed purchasing a vehicle from another dealer but quickly backed down after discussing how you knew your product and the system.
