"Just keep doing what you're doing. Ashley Mullins, our representative actually volunteered to drive my vehicle to Mississippi (with my permission) in order to meet the transport truck. That saved at least a week in time for the retrofit. The wheelchair van was ready 2 weeks sooner than I expected and that was also great. The other tech, Ken, showed me the trick to removing the front seat which I was having trouble with, and he could not have been nicer."
